Harry Wilson scored his first senior international goal to help Wales to a 6-0 victory over China on Thursday.

The Liverpool forward, currently on loan at Hull City, produced a trademark left-footed finish on the stroke of half-time to put Ryan Giggs' team 4-0 up in their China Cup semi-final.

Wilson, who turns 21 today, started the friendly in Nanning after impressing for Hull in recent weeks, winning his second full cap four-and-a-half years after his first.

He also provided a neat assist for Sam Vokes to net Wales' fifth goal, before being brought off with 20 minutes remaining.

Ben Woodburn started the game on the bench but replaced Gareth Bale - who registered a hat-trick to surpass Ian Rush as his country's all-time record goalscorer - shortly after the hour mark.

Wales will face either Uruguay or the Czech Republic in Monday's China Cup final.
